SFP is a Colorado limited liability company. It exists to operate Phronesis — the agentic economy's decision-assurance layer — and to do that with the credentials, contracts, and governance substrate that institutional capital allocators and federal counterparties can diligence as a discrete legal entity.

What SFP holds, as the parent operating entity:

• Intellectual property — the Phronesis codebase, the Decision Asset schema, the six-primitive architecture, the V#0 meta-vertical, the Market Memory ledger.
• Customer contracts — every per-call agreement, every subscription tier (Discovery / Inquiry / Practice / Practice+ / Enterprise), every Decision Asset settlement obligation.
• Federal credentials — a verified U.S. federal contractor: SAM.gov-registered (active UEI), SBA small-business certified, with ORCID and NSF Research.gov credentials. These let SFP pursue SBIR / STTR / DOE / NSF / DOD opportunities. • Trademark filing — PHRONESIS, USPTO serial 99842940 (as-filed scope; the canonical trademark surface for the product brand).

What SFP is not.

SFP is not a separate forecasting platform, a separate consulting practice, or a separate advisory firm. There is one product — Phronesis — and SFP operates it. Earlier framing on this site described SFP as "a verified-correctness forecasting platform"; that was the pre-pivot brand state and has been superseded by the decision-assurance-layer canonical (ratified 2026-05-21 onward; full canonical at phronesisintel.com). Older framing is preserved via supersession-forward discipline, not retroactively deleted.

SFP is also not an investment advisor, a broker-dealer, or a fiduciary for customer capital decisions. Phronesis mints Decision Assets that capital allocators may consult; Decision Assets are not investment recommendations.
